Sale of shares pursuant to the compliance placement undertaken in connection with the proposed transfer of the listing of the Mencast Holdings Ltd. from the Catalist Board to the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. i) Mdm Chua Kim Choo is deemed interested in the Shares held by Mr Sim Soon Ngee Glenndle, Ms Sim Wei Wei and Mr Sim Soon Ying. Mdm Chua Kim Choo is the mother of Mr Sim Soon Ngee Glenndle, Ms Sim Wei Wei and Mr Sim Soon Ying. ii) The percentage of issued share capital is based on 187,491,247 as at 9 December 2011 rounded to 2 decimal places.
