Mencast’s Corporate Social Responsibility model comprises two
integrated but overlapping components where we engage in activities
that both reflect our fundamental obligation to society and enter
value-creating activities that have synergy with our growth strategy.
This allows us to contribute in meaningful ways to local communities
and organise community project that encourage our colleagues to get
involved with causes they care about.
As part of our CSR strategy and our continuing commitment to, Mencast
focused on 2 areas in 2014. These were Children & Development and
Environmental Sustainability.
“Mencast Lends A Hand”
Volunteers visited Sunlove Home, a charitable home for the
intellectually disabled in July 2014 and distributed meals and spent
quality time with residents.
Children’s Cancer Foundation
Mencast continued to support Children’s Cancer Foundation with a sum
of $20,000 donation during our 3rd Friendly Golf Tournament on 23
September 2014 at Singapore Island Country Club which involved 340 of
our customers, business partners and staff.
