(the "Board") refers to its two announcements dated 24 April 2014 at 06:44:32 PM and 06:49:29 PM respectively pertaining to the Corporate Action Reference No. SG140422DVCAMF1I and Corporate Action Reference No. SG140422DVCAAVDX. The Board wishes to clarify that the effective pay date for both final and special dividends should be 8 May 2014 instead of 9 May 2014.
