| Footnotes | NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that subject to the approval of shareholders ("Shareholders") of Mencast Holdings Ltd. (the "Company") being obtained at the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company for the proposed final 1-tier tax exempt dividend of 1.1 cent per ordinary share in the capital of the Company ("Shares") for the financial year ended 31 December 2010 (the "Dividend"), the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 5 May 2011 for the preparation of dividend warrants. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 4 May 2011 will be registered to determine Shareholders' entitlements to the Dividend. Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with Shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 4 May 2011 will be entitled to the Dividend. Payment of the Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders at the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company, will be made on 20 May 2011.
