Resolutions Passed At The Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of Mencast Holdings Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that all resolutions relating to the matters as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 31 March 2009 were duly passed at the Annual General Meeting held today.
