The Company has entered into Service Agreements with Sim Soon Ngee Glenndle, the Executive Chairman
and CEO for a fixed period of three years commencing from 25 June 2008 and Wong Boon Huat, the
Executive Director for a fixed period of three years commencing from 4 August 2011, and thereafter each
renewable for a fixed period of three years. The Service Agreements of Sim Soon Ngee Glenndle and Wong
Boon Huat were renewed on 18 November 2014.
The following table shows a breakdown of the annual remuneration of the Directors of the Group for
FY2014.
